After graduating from Nanyang Business School in 2009, Ying Wen decided to switch from the asset management industry to join Great Eastern Financial Advisers as a financial consultant in 2011 as she felt that financial planning is essential and affects almost everyone.

She has an Associate Wealth Planner certification and also passed all three levels of the CFA Program, providing her with the advantage of a strong understanding of advanced investment analysis.

Ying Wen is most thankful for the relationships she has built over the years, when clients become trusted friends. What spurs her on is the desire to encourage clients to plan adequately for their different life events, and that the planning will assist their families and themselves in times of need. Knowing that she has touched people’s lives, no matter how small, is extremely rewarding and fulfilling.
